1. We offer a friendly & efficient service and welcome clients travelling and viewing property privately, we can also recommend quality accommodation and provide transport from the airport if required.
2. We will only show you properties that you have requested to view, either enquiring through our web site or after viewing the property listings locally in our agents premises.
3. We are independent and are not under any obligation to property developers or constructors to ''push'' any particular properties, the choice of what you wish to view is entirely yours.
4. There is never any pressure, our agents fully understand that for most people buying a property is a major decision, and they are there to answer any questions you may have regarding the particular property, local amenities, location of the nearest school etc. etc.
5. Our agents in all areas will also offer assistance with obtaining a mortgage, home insurance, and of course all the normal local and legal duties required in purchasing your Spanish property.
Appointments:
It is always advisable to book an appointment in advance of your visit to Spain, this is of benefit to both yourselves as the client and our Sunbreak agents, as private owners often have to be contacted to gain access to property, particularly if this is a re-sale apartment or villa, and less time is wasted by all parties if arrangements are properly in place.
