Accommodation:
Most businesses/bars in Spain do not have accommodation attached, so it will be necessary for you to either rent or purchase a home, in the short term it may be advisable to rent until you are sure that the business and the location you have chosen are right for you and your family. In any event we can assist with finding you a suitable home.
No Hidden Charges:
The price for any business agreed with our agent will include your security deposit with all the legal paperwork and licences up todate, you will be able to move in and start trading with no hidden costs to worry about, the rent is payable monthly in advance.
