We are offering Inmobilarias / Estate Agents throughout Spain, Tenerife, and the Baleares, the chance to participate in submitting property for sale on our highly visible and successful web site portal, and receive qualified client introductions.
As a member using our system you can upload properties directly to our web site, including a selection of photographs of your choice, we will provide LOG IN details and simple to follow instructions, details of properties you wish to remain private cannot be accessed by any other agent. Properties uploaded will be reviewed by Sunbreak to check for errors and then will be activated live within a few hours.
Properties can remain on the web site as long as you wish and you will also have the facility to edit existing details of any property as and when you wish.
Terms:
We have now updated our agents collaboration format, this new system has been widely accepted as exellent value for money given the high profile and visability that our Sunbreak websites achieve on the major internet search engines for Spanish property homes and business averaging over 1 million visitors per month.
Instead of a monthly subscription we now charge a once only registration fee of €100.00, for this we give you an individual ADMIN password where you can upload as many properties to our website as you wish either for sale or rent.
